The Assembly is being done on special fixtures to absolute assembly tolerances with proper clearance for lubricant to flow in. Pins are either riveted by side smashing or provided with split pins or castle-nuts.
All the chains and chain components are subjected to strict inspection prior and after assembly, which is duly recorded and cross checked by our QC engineers.
We offer all the necessary PDI reports along with certificates of raw material, breaking load test, heat-treatment from authentic laboratory. Besides QC Engineers from our client side or third party are also welcomed to inspect and check at our works.
